Welcome to our new site!
On this blog post, we will be posting all kinds of content once a week. Posts will include but not limited to CG goodies, tutorials, hardware / software reviews, guest posters.
Perhaps the most exciting thing I am revealing for 2021 is the Maverick Digital VFX technical school. The details are still being worked out, but my goal is to provide a safe place for people to virtually attend small group sessions, learning the intricacies of the technical details, often left out from a more traditional vfx / cg education.
We will be teaching how to make you into the person who people turn to when they have questions and challenges. I plan on carrying a large focus on programming with python, but in a way where everything we go over will be in context, in real world applications, so attendees can apply the things they learn to their own projects.
